Exercise To Reduce Stretch Marks

I am 5'5" and I got them at the very end of my pregnancy. I thought I wasn't going to get them but sure enough they came around 35 weeks and I was bummed but now looking at them I know they will fade and they will only get better over time. I heard it has to do with genetics but I do not know if it is true. My mom had a few and my half sister didn't get any. But I have a few.

Besides pregnancy, stretch marks usually come from losing/gaining weight rapidly.

When you can exercise, do a lot of toning and tighten your skin. That is the only way they will go away. They appear because your skin is stretched. Just tighten and tone and they will be gone!

Just don't get too happy about not having stretch marks because when you least expect it they come and they don't stop!
